Returns

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

  2. The product must show normal use only. Damage caused by careless handling is not covered.

  3. Products that require hygiene must be cleaned before being returned.

  4. Any defect must be reported immediately after delivery.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Once the return is received, it will be inspected within 7 working days. If approved, the return will be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear used, damaged, or returned without approval.

After approval, we will provide the correct return address.

Do not send returns to the sender address on the package.
The correct return address will be provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

Cancellation policy

Consumers have the right to cancel their order under the conditions below.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the product was delivered.

Because we use an automated fulfillment system, orders are processed immediately after purchase.
For this reason, we cannot cancel or stop an order once it has been shipped.

If the order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.
You must wait until the product is delivered and then request a return.

Returns for shipped orders

Our products are shipped from international warehouses.
Delivery times may vary and are outside of our direct control.

If your order is already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You may return the item after delivery following the return procedure.

To speed up the return process, we recommend sending us the shipping confirmation.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the product.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used during checkout.

The return address may be outside your country.
